Code Of Conduct

We all will respect school property and personal rights, co-operate and support each other and take responsibility for a safe environment. The teacher’s right to teach and student’s right to learn cannot be disturbed by others. RIS is committed to develop positive inter personal relationship between members of the school community to be punctual and diligent, to be pure in thoughts, words and deeds, to be kind to animals, helpful to all and remain happy and cheerful.

Important Rules For Students

  • Students must be in their complete and correct school uniform on working days & sports and excursion days. No student will be allowed in school without proper uniform.
  • School timings and time table must be followed strictly. Late comers will not be allowed.
  • Students proceeding on leave must apply in advance. For more than three days leave in a month, approval should be taken by the parent from school authorities.
  • Damaging or defacing the school property may invite a monetary fine up to the double of the cost of property.
  • Students must maintain cleanliness in the class room and in the campus.
  • School will not be responsibe for loss of any item in the school. Students are expected to take care of their belongings themselves.
  • Valuable items and electronic gadgets are not allowed in the school campus.
  • Any other type of material not related to curriculum should not be brought to the school. Bringing of such material will invite serious action.
  • No student will be sent back home, while the school is going on except on medical grounds or on prior intimation.
  • Students should note down all the homework/notices in this clio regularly and get it checked by the class teacher.
  • The name will be struck off if a student remains absent for ten consecutive days without any intimation. Re-admission will be granted within a week with requisite re-admission fee.
  • Tiffin, stationery, any other item must not be sent by the parent during school time. The school will not pass-it on to the student.
  • Absence from class without intimation might invite monetary fine.
  • Speaking English is compulsory in school campus.

Rules For School Transport

  • Bus facility once opted should be continued throughout the year
  • All students using the school bus are expected to be at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the arrival of the bus. They should be on the left side towards bus door.
  • The bus will not wait for late comers.
  • . Students should not come on the door and should not attempt boarding up and down unless bus stops completely.
  • The bus will stop only on the designated stops.
  • Students should maintain discipline in the bus. Eating inside the bus is not allowed, and they should not cause any damage to the buses, trash must not be discharged inside or outside the bus.
  • Courteous behavior is expected inside the bus. Shrieking and shouting in bus is strictly prohibited.
  • Driver’s attention must not be distracted for any reason.
  • Transport charges are to be paid for 12 months.
  • Students should note down all the homework/notices in this clio regularly and get it checked by the class teacher.
  • Transport charges are subject to revision during hike in fuel charges, or otherwise.
  • Change of bus is allowed by the Incharge / Principal on written request from the parent only.
  • Student will not be allowed the bus facility without “Bus-Pass”

Rules For School Library

Well stocked library is open to all the students of RIS on roll. Students are expected to observe following rules:

  • Library card is non transferable and its safe keeping is student’s responsibility, if card is lost fresh card will be prepared on request of the parent on a payment of Rs. 100/-
  • Books are issued for two weeks only. If a student fails to return the book within stipulated time, a moratorium of one month will be imposed on borrowing and fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be charged.
  • The student must not re-let the book to someone else.
  • Returned book will not be re-issued immediately.
  • Borrower shall be held responsible for any damage or mutilation noticed at the time of return.
  • In case of loss of the book double the cost of the book will be recovered.
  • Only one book will be issued at one time.
  • Complete silence must be observed while in the library.
